“Food waste is food abundance through a different lens. Through this residency, I hope to ignite conversations, challenge perceptions, and share humanity, ancestral knowledge and trauma, and my very own story of being a refugee and my relationship with food and systems. I can’t imagine a better home and muse than Food Forward for my new body of work.” – Minh H Phan
